Arrival / Departure

• Rooms are available from 2.00 p.m. on the date of arrival (if your room is available earlier we will be more than happy to let you have the keys in the morning).
• On departure we ask you to vacate your room before 10.30 a.m..
• If arrival time is after 6.00 p.m. please notify us.

Our four-legged friends:

• Small dogs are welcome, we rely however on your comprehension in that they are not allowed in the public rooms, in the dining area and in the Wellness area!
• There is a supplementary charge of €10.00 per day.

Cancellations:

• We require a € 200,00 deposit on booking, which is not returnable.
• In the case of cancellation, with at least 7 days advance notification, the deposit will remain valid for at least 6 months towards another possible stay (for a booking of a similar value).

• All major credit cards, cash, bank drafts or bank transfers are accepted.
